Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CRM analytics solutions using Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM, and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design data models that meet customer needs.
- Develop complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, and security in Salesforce CRM systems.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for implementing analytics solutions within the Salesforce platform.
