Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Relationship Manager to
join our team in Vizianagaram. The successful candidate will be responsible for
building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their
financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their
goals.

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain a robust portfolio of individual and corporate clients
within the Vizianagaram region.
* Identify client needs through proactive engagement and in-depth financial
analysis.
* Present and cross-sell a comprehensive range of financial products and
services (e.g., loans, investments, insurance, wealth management) to meet client
requirements.
* Achieve individual and team sales targets and business objectives.
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client
satisfaction.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
to provide informed advice.
* Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance and sales
activities.




* Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product development,
operations, and credit, to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related
field.
* Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing role, preferably within the
banking or financial services industry.
* Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building strong
client relationships.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment.
* Proficiency in local languages (Telugu and English) is essential.
* Knowledge of financial products and services, as well as local market dynamics
