As the Talent Acquisition Lead for Maersk Contract Logistics (MCL) across IMEA
(India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Middle East, and Africa), you will play a
critical role in enabling business growth through strategic workforce planning
and best-in-class hiring delivery.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Attraction & Acquisition, you will be
responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategy, ensuring timely hiring
delivery, building future-ready talent pipelines, and driving excellence in
stakeholder experience across the region.

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team across IMEA
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Strategic Talent Delivery
- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment delivery aligned with business growth
plans
- Translate workforce strategy into actionable hiring plans in partnership with
HR and business leaders
- Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles across operations and site
leadership
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders
