Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Operations

● Oversee end-to-end operations of the D2C website and marketplace order flow

● Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, returns, and SLA adherence

● Maintain website hygiene including page speed, checkout flow, and payment success rates

● Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and tech teams for operational efficiency

● Drive continuous improvement in conversion funnel and customer journey

2. Marketplace Management & Expansion

● Own and scale business across marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, etc.)

● Identify and onboard recent platforms and emerging e-commerce channels

● Manage relationships with marketplace partners and account managers

● Ensure strong product visibility, listing quality, and platform performance

● Monitor marketplace KPIs and drive growth initiatives

3. Content, Catalog & P&L; Ownership

● Own accuracy and quality of product catalog (descriptions, images, pricing, inventory)

● Ensure timely uploads of new collections and product launches

● Coordinate product photoshoots, styling,



and content creation

● Maintain consistency in visual branding across all digital platforms

● Own e-commerce P&L;, including revenue, margins, and cost optimization

● Drive topline growth through operational efficiency and catalog performance

4. Merchandising & Trading Excellence

● Define and execute online merchandising strategy aligned with seasonality and inventory

● Optimize category structure, assortment mix, and product visibility

● Plan and execute pricing, promotions, and discount strategies

● Track bestsellers and slow-moving inventory; take corrective actions

● Align with buying & planning teams on stock flow and demand forecasting

5. Customer Experience & Service Operations

● Oversee customer service across email, chat, and voice channels

● Monitor TAT, resolution quality, and CSAT metrics

● Resolve escalations and improve customer satisfaction
