Role & responsibilities :
- Drive network expansion activities across the Durgapur territory.
• Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable properties for new store openings.
• Conduct market surveys and map potential expansion areas.
• Negotiate lease/rental agreements and secure properties at the best commercial terms.
• Manage relationships and coordinate with landlords of existing and recent properties.
• Conduct property inspections and physical verification of sites.
• Gather, verify, and maintain property-related documents such as Title Deeds, Sale Agreements, and Encumbrance Certificates.
Preferred candidate profile :
MBA(2026/2025/2024 Passouts)& 2-6 years of Relevant Experienced Candidates
