Safearth is hiring for the position of Project Manager for our Bangalore location,

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Roles and responsibilities
- Overall Monitoring of Ongoing Solar plant Installations
- Coordinating with different teams, to ensure a smooth delivery of the project
- Working with on site teams to track and resolve any site issues
- Management of Materials required and procured for the project
- Conducting quality checks for the project before the commissioning
- Providing regular updates to the management and the client about the project
- Training Junior team members to be able project managers
- Ensuring compliance with all the safety practices for a safe project delivery





Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who meets the following criteria:
- At least 3 year of experience in the solar industry working in the project team of industrial solar projects
- Sound technical knowledge regarding the standard processes involved in executing a solar project
- Knowledge of the best project management practices to optimize project returns
- Good communication skills
- Proven ability to work well in a team
- Leadership quality to train the junior team members
