This role is ideal for a technically fluent professional ready to step into product ownership and grow their product management career within a cooperative, global team. Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a defined area of the ComputerEase platform, serving as the subject matter expert for its capabilities, integrations, and technical dependencies
- Translate technical requirements into clear, well-structured user stories, interface specs, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
- Partner with engineering leads, architecture teams, and third-party vendors to support platform integration design and delivery
- Document and maintain API specifications,
data flows, and integration workflows across the platform
- Collaborate with workflow product managers to ensure platform capabilities align with broader product roadmap priorities
- Triage and prioritize platform issues, working cross-functionally with QA and engineering to drive resolution
