Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Management

· Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

· Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.

· Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions.

Accounting & Financial Reporting





· Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and financial records.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.

· Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

· Manage statutory filings and financial documentation.

Payroll & Expense Management

· Supervise payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

· Monitor company expenses and ensure cost optimization.

· Approve financial transactions in accordance with company policies.

Audit & Risk Management

· Coordinate internal and external audits.

· Develop and strengthen internal financial controls.

· Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
