Assistant Branch Manager - Hair & Skin Clinic (Aesthetics Industry)

The Counsellor plays a critical role in driving clinic sales, enhancing client satisfaction, and delivering superior aesthetic consultations. This role requires solid technical knowledge, ethical counseling, and a results-oriented approach to client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Knowledge & Competency

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Berkowits treatments, technologies, and products.

Follow all internal protocols, treatment guidelines, and clinical standards.

Training will be provided for a smooth onboarding and understanding of the processes.

2. Client Consultation & Consent

Conduct detailed consultations to understand client concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.

Ensure Proscope hair & Skin analysis is performed for all hair-related consultations.

Obtain informed consent prior to initiating any treatment or procedure.
