Yardi Business Analyst

Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for working closely with stakeholders to gather,
analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical
specifications, while maintaining transparent documentation such as BRDs and process
flows. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams across business,
development, and infrastructure, supports solution design, testing,
implementation, and facilitates User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure
alignment with business needs. The role also tracks project progress and
contributes to reporting. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s degree,
2–3 years of experience with technical documentation (preferably in real estate,
property management, or financial systems), strong proficiency in Yardi (Voyager
required), Excel, and requirement gathering. Success in the role requires strong
analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, stakeholder
collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, with preferred
experience in property management,



financial systems, Agile methodologies, and
tools like JIRA, SQL, or Power BI.

Required Qualifications

field
