Role Overview
The Head QA/QC will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance and Quality Control function across multiple high-rise residential projects executed using Mivan / Aluminium Formwork technology. The role will drive quality excellence by establishing robust quality systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards, monitoring site and RMC quality, developing QA/QC teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing QA/QC operations for Mivan-based high-rise residential projects (G+40 and above) and should have successfully led quality functions across multiple residential towers.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Leadership & Governance
- Lead the QA/QC function across multiple high-rise residential projects.
- Establish and implement quality policies,
procedures, standards, and quality management systems.
- Drive a culture of quality excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across projects.
- Develop quality objectives, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Present quality performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Establish standard quality processes and best practices across projects.
Site Quality Control High-Rise Residential & Mivan Projects
- Oversee quality control activities for structural, architectural, waterproofing, finishing, and external development works.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and applicable IS codes.
- Lead quality control activities related to Mivan / Aluminium Formwork systems including:
- Formwork alignment and dimensional accuracy
- Reinforcement checks
- Embedded items verification
- Concrete pouring controls
