ACKO INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS- Customer Support Role
Hiring Overview-Job type : Off roll

Total requirement: 10 agents

Shift Timings -

6 Days working model, all 6 days from office, 1 rotational week-off

Male - Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts

Female - 7 am to 8 pm (any 9 hours shift including breaks)

No cab facility, agents to manage their own transport

Interviews Process

TA Screening

Mettl Assessment (Cut-off: B2 / C1 / C2)

Behavioural Assessment (to assess candidate customer centric, customer empathy and scalability)

Hiring Manager Interview

All discussions are in-person (Face to Face)
