Job Summary
ABIJA EXPORTS (LESPARO) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and garment buyers across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have experience in the garment or textile industry and be willing to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Promote the company's garment products and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Visit customers regularly to generate orders and follow up on enquiries.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales performance reports.
- Represent the company professionally during customer meetings and exhibitions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in garment or textile sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
- Valid Driving License and two-wheeler preferred.
- Knowledge of the garment manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
