We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our Data Science, Reporting & Analytics organization. This role is responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable data pipelines and data platforms that enable analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. The ideal candidate brings strong technical fundamentals, a collaborative mindset, and a focus on data quality, reliability, and performance in complex enterprise environments, with hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM).

Key Responsibilities




Data Pipeline Development
- Design, build, and maintain reliable ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake, Informatica (including MDM), SSIS, and cloud-native services on AWS and/or Azure.
- Ensure pipelines are scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance and cost.

Data Integration, MDM & Modeling
- Integrate data from multiple transactional systems into curated, analytics-ready data models.
- Support and enhance Informatica MDM solutions, including entity resolution, survivorship rules, hierarchies, and reference data.
- Apply data modeling best practices to support reporting, dashboards, and downstream analytical use cases.

Platform Monitoring & Optimization.
- Monitor pipeline execution, data volumes, and latency; proactively identify and resolve performance

issues.
- Recommend and implement improvements to data architecture, orchestration, and event-driven pipelines.
