About the Role

We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and end-user support services to a diverse portfolio of clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Managed Services Engineer (L1/L2 Support) with 2 to 5 years of experience supporting multiple client environments.

This is a client-facing role requiring robust technical expertise across Microsoft environments, networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, and remote support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage and resolve technical issues efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to end-users and client environments across multiple accounts.
- Deliver remote support for desktops, laptops, servers, networks, Wi-Fi,



printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
- Perform system deployments, upgrades, migrations, and configuration changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, networking, Microsoft 365, servers, and cloud-based services.
- Investigate root causes of recurring issues and implement long-term solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
- Support the administration and maintenance of client infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networking equipment, and cloud services.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor systems using RMM and monitoring platforms.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices including endpoint protection, MFA, backup management, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and incident response.
