Role Overview:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Composites Technician based in Delhi NCR (Greater NOIDA). The Composites Technician will work on end to end manufacturing of composite airframe parts and panels from raw material stage upwards. He He/she will be responsible for finishing, repairs, and modifications during the manufacturing process and for drones returned for major repairs. He / she would need to display high skill, precision and eye for detail to manufacture high-strength, lightweight composite airframes for military-grade applications.



He/she is also expected to learn final assembly of drones on the job involving fitment/ removal of electronic components as well as assembly of the entire airframe structure. Other duties and tasks may include upkeep and maintenance of machines, tools, and facilities used for composites manufacture and assembly, assisting design crew if tasked, and assisting with field trials when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

· Layup & Lamination:
Perform wet layup and/or pre-preg layup of Carbon Fiber and Glass Fiber parts.

Vacuum Bagging:
Execute vacuum bagging techniques to ensure high fiber-to-resin ratios and void-free parts.

Mould Making:
Prepare and maintain moulds (polishing, waxing, applying release agents) to ensure perfect surface finish.

Post-Processing:
Trimming, sanding, and finishing cured parts to tight tolerances for assembly.
