Job Purpose

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, resolving billing issues, improving cash flow, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient revenue operations and a positive customer experience.

Who You Are
- You have 6+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Revenue Operations.
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers for timely payments.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare AR reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies.
- You have a solid understanding of AR processes, including invoicing,



collections, cash application, and reconciliations.
- You are proficient with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or QuickBooks.
- You possess advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting).
- You are detail-oriented, analytical, and an effective communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams.
