About the Role:
As the Customer Delight Associate at Ambitio,
you will own the end-to-end student experience across our products - Nova, Elite, and Apex - from onboarding through application submission. You will be the resident expert on what makes a student feel genuinely supported, translating every interaction into trust,
retention, and referrals for the platform.
This role is purpose-built for someone who understands that in study abroad, no amount of AI guidance replaces the feeling of a real person being in your corner during a high-stakes, high-anxiety decision. You will work closely with founders, the admissions team, and product to make sure every student's experience on Ambitio matches the promise of the brand.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the emotional weight of the admissions journey - missed deadlines, stalled essays, anxious parents and wants to turn that understanding into measurable satisfaction, retention, and word-of-mouth growth at scale.
