A reputed Multi-Speciality Hospital in Ankleshwar is looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the hospital's engineering and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all building services, utilities, and equipment while maintaining compliance with safety and statutory standards.

Salary- ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month
*Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set.*

Eligibility
- B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hospital or commercial building maintenance operations, preferably in a managerial role.
- Robust knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, DG sets, water treatment systems, fire safety systems, and utility management.
- Experience in AMC management, vendor coordination, statutory compliance, and preventive maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication,



and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day maintenance and engineering operations of the hospital.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and utility systems.
- Plan and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for all equipment and infrastructure.
- Coordinate with biomedical engineering and other departments to ensure smooth operation of hospital equipment and utilities.
- Supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service agreements with external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and hospital policies.
