We are seeking an experienced Appian Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade business process management (BPM) and low-code solutions using the Appian platform. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in Appian architecture, process automation, integrations, and solution design while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Appian applications.
- Lead end-to-end Appian solution delivery, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Define application architecture, integration strategies, and technical standards.
- Develop complex Appian applications, process models, interfaces, records, reports, and business rules.
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, databases, and middleware platforms.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.




- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to Appian best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor and guide Appian developers and technical teams.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and deployment automation.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with hands-on Appian experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Appian Architecture and Solution Design
- Appian SAIL Interface Development
- Process Modeling and Workflow Automation
- Appian Records, Reports, and Sites
- Appian Integration Objects and Connected Systems
- Web APIs, REST, SOAP, and Microservices
- SQL and Database Design
- Appian Deployment Manager
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, or related technologies is an advantage.
