Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Business Head role based in Surat, responsible for leading overall business operations and growth at Kayachitra By Mridul. The Business Head will oversee daily studio and project activities, ensuring smooth coordination between creative, production, and client-facing functions. Responsibilities include managing client relationships,



supervising project timelines and budgets, and maintaining high service and quality standards. The role involves developing and implementing business strategies, marketing initiatives, and revenue plans to expand the client base and strengthen the brand. The Business Head will also handle team leadership, performance management, and process improvement to support efficient, scalable operations.
