Under limited supervision, the Sr Talent Development Consultant serves as a
facilitator and practitioner responsible for designing, delivering, and
sustaining enterprise learning and development solutions across leadership
development and skilled skills. This role partners closely with business
leaders, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify skill gaps, drive
behavior change,



and strengthen talent pipelines aligned to Empower’s business
strategy and culture.

The Sr Talent Development Consultant applies deep expertise in adult learning,
facilitation, and performance consulting to create impactful learning
experiences that build confidence, capability, and connection across all levels
of the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Consult on learning program development and facilitate engaging learning
experiences grounded in adult learning principles and Empower’s leadership
expectations.

* Deliver high-impact sessions across leadership and professional skills
training programs

* Curate and adapt learning content from external and internal resources (e.g.,
LinkedIn Learning, Allego, getAbstract) to meet evolving business needs.

* Facilitate practice-based learning experiences such as live role plays and
simulations to build confidence and consistency.
