We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Key Account Manager (KAM)
to manage and grow our presence on leading marketplaces, with a primary focus on
Myntra
and
Nykaa
, along with select smaller platforms. The ideal candidate must have
hands-on experience managing Myntra
and a robust understanding of marketplace dynamics within the
fashion or jewellery
category
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Account Management:
- Manage end-to-end operations for Myntra and including pricing and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and internal stakeholders to drive growth.
- Develop strategies to increase visibility, conversions, and revenue across marketplaces.
Marketing & Promotions:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketing activations (events, sale periods, influencer tie-ins, etc.).
- Manage paid visibility and advertising budgets effectively (e.g., Myntra Ads etc.) to drive ROI and reach
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI, CTR and conversion rates
Inventory, Pricing & Operations:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and on-time fulfillment
- Manage pricing, offers, and discount structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all platform SLAs and maintain top-rated seller performance
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor daily sales, product performance, and returns, identifying areas of improvement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key metrics such as sales growth, sell-through, and profitability.
- Analyze competition and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion
