Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site US Recruiter role based in Noida. The US Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients,



including sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and skilled networks, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further evaluation with hiring managers. The role involves working with client requirements, preparing and posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring timely updates throughout the hiring process. The US Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand role expectations, negotiate offers within guidelines, and support onboarding coordination as needed. The position may require working in alignment with US time zones to ensure effective communication and service delivery.

Qualifications
- Freshers/ Experience in US recruitment or international staffing, including sourcing, screening, and end-to-end hiring for diverse roles.
- Strong familiarity with US job boards, social media recruiting, Boolean search tech
