Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager-NABL Accredited Laboratory to lead laboratory operations for the testing and analysis of jaggery, sugar, syrup, molasses, and wastewater samples. The role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with NABL (ISO/IEC 17025), FSSAI, BIS, and other regulatory requirements, while maintaining high standards of analytical quality, accuracy, and laboratory excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the NABL-accredited laboratory.
- Ensure compliance with NABL, FSSAI, BIS, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Oversee testing of jaggery, sugar, syrup, molasses, and wastewater samples.
- Review and approve analytical results, test reports, and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
- Lead method validation, quality assurance,



proficiency testing, and audit activities.
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and qualification of laboratory instruments.
- Train, mentor, and manage laboratory personnel.
- Drive continuous improvement in laboratory quality systems and operational efficiency.

Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of NABL ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and laboratory quality systems.
- Experience in food, sugar, environmental, or analytical testing laboratories.
- Hands-on expertise in chemical and instrumental analysis.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
