Silicon E Solution is looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities, vendor management, price negotiations, and inventory control. The candidate will ensure timely availability of materials at competitive prices while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor sourcing & negotiation
- Purchase order processing & follow-ups
- Cost control & budget management
- Inventory planning & stock monitoring
- Coordination with accounts, warehouse & operations
- Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the timely availability of critical supplies.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.




- Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
- Resolve any issues related to delayed, damaged, or non-compliant supplies.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage purchase operations, including procurement planning, vendor development, and import purchase.
- Oversee raw material procurement and packaging material management.
- Develop and implement effective purchase strategies to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of purchasing activities into overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform purchasing decisions.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Solid negotiation & analytical skills
- ERP knowledge preferred
- Good communication skills

Qualification: Any Graduate , Bachelors degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
