Role Overview

We are looking for an HR professional to support Learning & Development (L&D;), HR analytics, and various HR initiatives. The role will work closely with the AGM – L&D; to manage various employee training initiatives, HR processes, documentation, compliance tracking and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have valuable analytical, coordination, and communication skills, along with the ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities in a structured and proactive manner.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development (Primary Focus)
- Design, develop, and facilitate learning interventions focused on behavioural competencies, interpersonal effectiveness, communication, emotional intelligence, collaboration, including training content, facilitator guides, assessments, and learning journeys.
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps, develop learning calendars, and deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs through internal and external facilitators.
- Measure learning effectiveness through feedback, assessments,



and analytics while maintaining training records, dashboards, and driving continuous improvement of learning initiatives.

HR Strategy, Analytics & Projects
- Support HR transformation, organizational development, and employee capability-building initiatives through HR projects, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, presentations, and analytics to provide insights on learning effectiveness, workforce trends, and key HR metrics.
- Support strategic HR planning by coordinating initiatives and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.

HR Operations & Employee Experience
- Support employee development initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and other HR programs that enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
