Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Senior / Principal Associate
to join our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in New Delhi. The successful candidate will independently handle complex civil, commercial, regulatory before the
Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts, Commercial Courts, NCLT/NCLAT, Consumer Commissions, and other judicial, quasi-judicial, and regulatory forums.
Major emphasis is on handling infrastructure, arbitration matter before Arbitral Tribunal and further proceeding arising out of Arbitral Award.

The role requires solid advocacy, drafting, strategic thinking, and client management skills, with the ability to lead matters independently and mentor junior lawyers.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle civil, commercial, regulatory litigation, and arbitration matters.
- Represent clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts, Commercial Courts,



Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT/NCLAT, Consumer Commissions, and other judicial, quasi-judicial, and regulatory forums.
- Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, written submissions, legal notices, appeals, arbitration pleadings, legal opinions, and other litigation documents.
- Develop litigation and dispute resolution strategies in consultation with Partners and Senior Counsel.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, legal opinions, and strategy notes.
- Coordinate with clients, Senior Counsel, local counsel, court registries, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor junior associates and review their work.
- Ensure timely filings, procedural compliance, and effective case management.
- Contribute to client relationship management and business development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
- 8–12 years of post-
