Role Overview

We seek a proactive MBA graduate specializing in Marketing to join our team as a Business Development Executive. You will spearhead client acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth for our BIM services. This role demands strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a passion for the construction-tech sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new clients (contractors,



architects, real estate firms) for BIM solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitor insights.
- Build and nurture client relationships through meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor proposals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums.

Requirements
- MBA in Marketing
- 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales/business development (*freshers with solid internships may apply*).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical services (BIM/construction knowledge is a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joining mandatory (within 15 days).
