About the Role The SAGE X3 Functional Consultant - Financial Management & Controls is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting the financial modules of SAGE X3, ensuring strong financial governance, internal controls, compliance, and optimized financial processes. The consultant works closely with Finance, Audit, Compliance,



and IT teams to deliver robust ERP solutions aligned with regulatory and organizational standards. This hybrid role combines functional consulting, problem-solving, and L2/L3 application support.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for finance-related functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash Management, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Conduct gap analysis between business needs and SAGE X3 capabilities, designing workflows, approval processes, and controls aligned with organizational and audit requirements.
- Define requirements for statutory reporting, management reporting, and financial analytics, supporting report development using SAGE X3 tools, SEI, Crystal Reports, or Power BI.
- Develop functional specifications, test scripts, process documentation, and SOPs for financial processes, performing SIT and supporting UAT with Finance and Audit teams.
