Key Responsibilities:
- Manage architectural design and planning for real estate projects.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with building regulations.
- Obtain statutory approvals and resolve site-related design issues.
- Monitor project quality, timelines, and consultant deliverables.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and Project Management teams.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and construction drawings.
- Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and project management skills.
