You as a Senior Tax Specialist, will focuses on managing end-to-end VAT/GST and indirect tax compliance—preparing, reviewing, and filing returns, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate reconciliations and documentation across multiple jurisdictions. The position requires monitoring regulatory changes, supporting audits and tax authority inquiries, and collaborating with intfocus ernal stakeholders and external advisors, while also driving process improvements through automation and AI adoption. Ideal candidates are finance, accounting, or economics graduates (including fresh graduates) with solid analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and excellent English communication. The role also involves mentoring junior staff and contributing to tax technology, ERP, and cross-functional projects like M&A; and entity restructuring.

About the Role:
- Prepare, review, and submit VAT/GST returns, sales and use tax returns, and other indirect tax filings in accordance with local regulatory requirements.




- Ensure timely payment of VAT/GST liabilities and monitor tax deadlines to avoid penalties and interest charges.
- Prepare and review supporting documentation, reconciliations, and tax calculations related to indirect tax reporting.
- Analyze accounting and transactional data to ensure the accuracy and completeness of tax filings.
- Monitor changes in VAT/GST legislation and assess their impact on the company’s compliance processes.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and service providers responsible for local compliance activities.
- Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, including Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Legal, and Business teams.
