Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the design, planning, and execution of residential and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of professional experience and possess strong technical, drafting, and coordination skills. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Architect and project team to prepare drawings, BOQs, project documentation, and design presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and construction documentation.

• Assist in project planning, design development, and execution.

• Prepare in-house Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material specifications.

• Coordinate with the in-house Senior Architect for design development and project execution.

• Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and design standards.

• Assist in vendor, consultant, and contractor coordination.

• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress as required.

• Prepare project presentations, reports,



and design proposals.

• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

• Support the team in material selection, detailing, and design coordination.

Software Skills Required:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel (mandatory).

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with SketchUp and/or Revit preferred.

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and rendering software will be an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

• 2–3 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.

• Robust understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, BOQs, and construction processes.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively with senior architects and cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
