Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, including production planning, workflow coordination, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and quality across the facility. This role will monitor performance metrics,



drive process improvements, and support continuous optimization of supply chain, inventory, and logistics activities. The Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, and technical support to align operational activities with business goals and customer expectations. The position also includes managing and developing team members, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and supporting implementation of company policies and operational best practices.

Qualifications
- Robust operations management and process improvement skills, with experience in planning, coordinating, and optimizing daily workflows.
- Proficiency in supply chain, inventory management, and logistics, ideally within manufacturing, building materials, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability in people management, including team leadership, coaching, and performance management
