We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and proactive Counselling Psychologist to join our Counselling & Scholarship Department. The ideal candidate will support the emotional, behavioural, social, and psychological wellbeing of learners across our partner schools while collaborating closely with parents, teachers, and school leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for students.
- Identify and assess learners requiring psychological or behavioural support.
- Develop intervention plans and maintain confidential case documentation.
- Conduct classroom-based life skills, social-emotional learning (SEL), and psychoeducation sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to address students' emotional and behavioural concerns.
- Conduct parent counselling sessions and awareness workshops.
- Facilitate teacher training programmes on child development, classroom management, and mental health.
- Coordinate referrals to external mental health professionals when required.
- Prepare counselling reports, case summaries,
and programme documentation.
- Participate in departmental planning, meetings, and organisational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology (Counselling/Clinical/Applied Psychology preferred).
- Formal training in counselling and psychotherapy is preferred.
- 1–3 years of counselling experience (school or child/adolescent settings preferred).
- Freshers with strong internship experience and excellent counselling skills may also apply.

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi/Urdu is an added advantage).
- Empathy, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Solid organisational and time-management skills.
