Compensation:
- Training Stipend: ₹20,000/month (2 months)
- Full-Time CTC: ₹4.36 LPA Fixed + Up to ₹4 LPA Variable
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with international customers and build strong relationships
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Manage leads and follow-ups through CRM
- Achieve sales targets through effective communication
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
