Brief Ideation Concept Gen Concept
- Gen Feasibility DV / PV EVT / DVT
- Lead concept generation for new consumer electronic products from sketch to feasibility model in Creo

- Own full 3D parametric models and assemblies in Creo Parametric; manage PDM/PLM release cycles

- Knowledge of ANSYS to run structural, modal, and thermal simulations is a strong added advantage

- Perform motor selection for actuated mechanisms evaluate motor types (DC, BLDC, stepper, servo) based on load, speed, and duty cycle requirements
- Execute torque calculations for complex drive trains, gear systems, linkages, and actuated assemblies to ensure design margins and reliability
- Define GDT;, tolerance stack-ups, and DFM guidelines for plastic, die-cast, and sheet-metal parts Drive NPD gate reviews prepare technical packs, BOM, risk registers, and design freeze
