How you will provide meaningful contributions:
Financial reporting and compliance
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring timely completion, high-quality reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, rollforwards, flux analysis, and management variance commentary.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, U.S. GAAP / local GAAP, internal accounting policies, and local statutory reporting requirements.
- Maintain strong documentation standards for journals, reconciliations, estimates,



and review signoffs.

Cash and treasury management
Monitor cash flow trends and support cash positioning, liquidity planning, and shortterm forecasting.
- Manage bank relationships, oversee bank reconciliations, and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.
- Support treasury-related controls and reporting, including coordination of funding requirements and payment governance.

Fixed asset and lease accounting
- Lead end-to-end accounting for property, plant and equipment, leases, and related asset balances, including capitalization, depreciation, amortization, transfers, retirements, disposals, and reconciliations.
- Oversee lease accounting for right-of-use assets, lease liabilities, accruals, prepayments, renewals, modifications, terminations, and reassessments.
