Role Description
The In-Process Quality Assurance Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area.



The specialist will monitor and verify quality standards during production or service delivery, ensuring that processes comply with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-process inspections, documenting findings, identifying non-conformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams. The role involves maintaining quality records, supporting root-cause analysis, participating in audits, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency. The specialist will collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, and compliance teams to uphold high quality levels across all stages of work.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, in-process inspection techniques, and standard operating procedures.
