Job Duties
- Under direct supervision, provides routine and transactional level support services. Requires ability to assist with processes of gathering basic information in support of completion of customer credit applications.
- Requires knowledge of oil & gas terminology with ability to prepare lien expiration schedules and gather the support documentation supporting same.
- Needs knowledge of sources of Halliburton A/R ledger experience and ability to share this information within legal guidelines.
- Requires basic knowledge of Halliburton's accounting system related to order-to-cash to facilitate charge-off requests and refund requests.
- Requires knowledge of policies and procedures related to document storage and retrieval. This position requires some knowledge of general office procedures.
- Generally performs routine administrative functions such as typing, filing, coding, sorting, and/or verification.
- Maintains simple records, compiles routine or standardized statistics, and prepares simple reports in predetermined formats and with detailed instructions.
- Requires skills in spreadsheet, word processing software and SAP. Candidate needs to be very well organized and have excellent communication skills, in particular for direct contact with external customers.
- Undergraduate degree preferred, and/or equivalent combination of education and competency.
