General Manager – Banquets / Ballrooms Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Drive overall business growth, revenue, and profitability of banquet and ballroom operations.
- Lead the sales team to achieve banquet revenue, occupancy, and conversion targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize weddings, social events, MICE, and corporate bookings.
- Ensure seamless planning and execution of all events while maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with wedding planners, corporates, event agencies, and key clients.
- Monitor lead generation, conversions, quotations, negotiations, and event closures.
- Oversee banquet operations, guest satisfaction, and service excellence during all events.
- Manage budgets, P&L;, food cost, operational expenses, and profitability.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, F&B; Service, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security for flawless event execution.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, statutory compliances, and safety regulations.
- Recruit, train, mentor,



and evaluate departmental teams to drive high performance.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, sales performance, and operational KPIs.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and market networking.
- Ensure brand standards, luxury service delivery, and continuous improvement across all banquet operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 10–15+ years of experience in banquet operations, luxury hospitality, or event venue management.
- Proven experience in handling luxury weddings, social events, and corporate functions.
- Strong leadership, business development, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Sound knowledge of banquet sales, operations, budgeting, and revenue management.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS/CRM systems.

Pay: ₹50,000.
