Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Artificial Intelligence Engineer role based in the Pune District. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and AI pipelines that power real-time expressive avatars and interactive agents. Responsibilities include researching and prototyping recent algorithms, building production grade software components, integrating models and collaborating closely with product.





Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science with experience in Software Development for production-grade systems
- Hands-on expertise in model training and fine-tuning
- Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and conversational AI models
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI (e.g., Python, C++), and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Knowledge of edge computing, performance optimization, and real-time systems is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment, communicate clearly, and contribute to cross-functional problem solving.
