Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, responsible for driving sales of renewable energy solutions and managing client relationships. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts,



and closing deals with commercial, industrial, and residential customers. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, coordinating with technical and project teams to ensure accurate solution design and timely delivery, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. The Sales Manager will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and contribute to business growth. This position also requires regular reporting on sales performance, forecasting, and participation in industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in renewable energy, power, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong skills in lead generation, customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
