Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Handle customer queries via calls, chats, WhatsApp, email, or social media
- Assist users with app-related issues, subscriptions, and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure timely resolution and smooth customer experience
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and closure
