Your job is simple: talk to customers, show them what our product can do, help them succeed, and build relationships that last.

What you'll actually do
- Be the voice of Offrd run product demos on Zoom/Meet, welcome new customers, and make them feel at home.
- Chat, call, connect answer customer questions over calls and chat, and turn confused users into happy fans.




- Show off the good stuff introduce customers to premium features and help them see the value in upgrading.
- Network like a pro build genuine relationships with HR and business owners across India.
- Be the customer's champion pass feedback to the product team and help shape what we build next.

Who we're looking for
- A natural people person you genuinely enjoy conversations, not just tolerate them.
- Excellent communicator fluent, confident spoken English (Hindi is a big plus for our North Indian customers).
- Agile and self-driven you don't wait to be told; you spot opportunities and go after them.
- Product-passionate you love exploring apps, understanding how they work, and explaining them simply.
- Calm under pressure when a customer reports a problem, you solve it with a smile, not a panic.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in customer success, sales, support, demos, or anything people-facing. Attitude matters mor
