Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Manager – Sales to lead and drive the sales function for our residential and commercial real estate projects in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets while building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, digital platforms, referrals, and direct sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, brokers,



and business associates.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to successfully close sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Dehradun and surrounding regions.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and submit periodic MIS reports to management.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, company policies, and documentation processes.
- Analyze competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences to recommend effective sales strategies.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate sales executives and channel partners.
