Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing and vendor development activities for our Aerospace & Defence projects. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in supplier management, procurement, contract negotiation, and defence manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for aerospace and defence components.

* Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop indigenous suppliers.

* Manage RFQ/RFP processes, supplier qualification, prototype validation, and vendor audits.

* Lead commercial negotiations, cost estimation, and long-term supplier agreements.

* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring supplier performance through KPIs.

* Ensure timely procurement of critical components to meet project schedules.





* Coordinate with engineering, quality, and production teams for material planning and delivery.

* Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supply chain continuity.

* Ensure compliance with defence procurement policies, AS9100/ISO standards, and export control regulations.

* Support Transfer of Technology (ToT) implementation with OEMs.

* Lead procurement team members and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
