Role Description
The Business Development Executive role at Qubix Medicare Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, in office position based in Varanasi.



The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, including lead generation, pipeline management, and regular follow-ups. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research to understand local and regional healthcare needs, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in wound closure and related product categories. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting product solutions, coordinating product demonstrations, and supporting customer onboarding and after-sales service in collaboration with internal teams. The role also requires preparing sales reports, forecasting, and contributing feedback to marketing and product teams to refine offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
