About the Role

Sakaar Stainless LLP is expanding its manufacturing capabilities with a recent Structural Fabrication Division focused on producing H-Beams, I-Beams, Box Beams, Channels, Angles, Girders, and other fabricated structural components for infrastructure and industrial projects. We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Designer to support design, detailing, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed fabrication and shop drawings for structural steel components.
- Develop GA (General Arrangement), fabrication, and Assembly drawings based on project requirements.
- Interpret structural and architectural drawings for manufacturing.
- Coordinate with the production, quality, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Prepare cutting plans, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and material take-offs.
- Ensure drawings comply with relevant Indian standards and project specifications.
- Revise and update drawings based on engineering and client requirements.
- Support production by resolving drawing-related issues.

Required Qualifications




- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in AutoCAD drafting for structural steel fabrication and infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
- Good understanding of structural steel fabrication processes and detailing.
- Experience in preparing fabrication drawings for H-Beams, I-Beams, Box Beams, Channels, Angles, Girders, Trusses, and other structural members.
- Knowledge of BOM preparation and material estimation.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with IS codes related to structural steel.
- Exposure to Tekla Structures, Advance Steel, or similar detailing software will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
