The Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who's comfortable across the stack, strong on the backend, and not afraid to bring in better ways of doing things. You'll work on our customer-facing mobile and web apps, internal control panels, and the microservices that power our loan platform. If you've outgrown your current environment and want to build something meaningful — this is your shot.

What You'll Work On

Building and maintaining microservices for our mobile app, web app, and internal marketing control panel

●
Owning features end-to-end — from design and development to testing and release

●
Integrating third-party APIs — credit bureaus, DigiLocker, Account Aggregator, payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree)

●
Writing clean,



scalable Node.js backend code with strong MySQL design

●
Working on frontend modules in React or Angular as needed

●
Managing AWS infrastructure — EC2, S3, SES, CloudWatch

●
Identifying gaps in the current stack and proposing improvements

●
Collaborating with product, credit, and ops teams in an Agile environment

What We're Looking For

●
4+ years of experience building large, complex systems

●
Node.js (3+ years) — Express.js or similar frameworks, you know it well

●
MySQL (4+ years) — complex queries, indexing, schema design

●
PHP (1+ year) — framework knowledge and OOP concepts

●
AWS (1+ year) — EC2, S3, SES, CloudWatch

●
Frontend (1+ year) — React or Angular

●
Strong grasp of system design, security, and scalability

●
Comfortable owning modules independently with minimal supervision

●
You communicate well, meet deadlines, and take initiative
